Everyone is welcome! The activities are fun for PK – Adult! Friday, February 29, 2008 7:30 – 9:00 pm Stoffer Hall at Washburn University
4^th& 8^th Grade Egg Drop		Objective: Build the lightest structure possible that will prevent an egg from breaking from a 25-ft drop. Materials: Suggested materials include, tooth picks, Popsicle sticks, string, glue, tape, and rubber bands. No parachutes or lighter-than-air gases. No inflated devices of any size. (i.e. balloons, bubble wrap, etc.) No tape or glue on eggshell. Judges need to have a way to get the egg in and out. Teams: Teams may consist of one student or two students from the same grade level. I will be gathering team information on Tuesday, February 26. For more information or a more complete list of rules, refer to your ASCE handout.
