Mrs. Hoyt’s
Homeroom Assembly is tomorrow!
Cast party will be during lunch in Mr. Mac’s room. Thanks to
parents who are bringing items for the cast party. And thanks to Mr. Mac for all his work
directing this play!
Field Day Tomorrow
Field events will
start at 1:30. Students should bring sunscreen, a water bottle, and a towel or
blanket on which to sit.
Athletic
Banquet
All students who have participated in a sport will be recognized
on Tuesday evening at the athletic banquet. 6th graders are asked to
bring fruit fort he dessert bar. Student dress should be a notch higher than
typical school dress.

Students are asked to wear their blue TCS polo shirts.

Students should bring a sack lunch with a drink.

Cell phones, cameras, backpacks are not allowed in the exhibit
and should be left at home.

They may bring money for the gift shops in Union Station.
Spring Dance
– Next Friday, May
16, 7-10 p.m.
Dress is semi-formal (nice slacks and collared shirt for guys,
dress or nice slacks for girls, spaghetti straps are OK, but strapless or
halter is not OK).
Sunday, May
18, 3:00-5:00
Retirement Tribute to Mrs. Young will be held in the Commons.
Talent Shows
Talent Shows are on Monday (2:00 to 3:30 pm) and Tuesday
(8:30 am to 10:00 am), May 19 and 20.
End of Year Party
The end of year party will be on Wed. May 21st
following the Academic Assembly. The students will need to bring their
swimming suit, beach towel & sunscreen to school that morning (we will be
changing before we leave school). We need parents who can help transport
the students to Einsphar’s residence & then back
to school at the end of the day. Also, we will need help with the food—if
you are interested in helping please contact Denise Smith.
Awards Assembly – Wednesday, May 21
On Wednesday , May 21, the Middle
School recognition assembly will be held. Students are asked to dress nicely for this assembly. Each teacher will be recognizing academic
achievements in his or her own classes. All students who have been on the high
honor roll every quarter will also be recognized.
Graduation – Thursday, May 22
The last day of school will be in Friday, May 22. Students will
be dismissed after graduation, which starts at 10:00 a.m. Students are asked to
dress extra nicely for this
occasion.
Students do not need to be here before 9:30 a.m.
