Full-time positions:

             Middle School Spanish/Latin Teacher: Topeka Collegiate seeks a dynamic and collaborative person to join our middle school faculty. Teaching load includes Spanish classes for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students. This person will also teach Latin to seventh and eighth grade students who opt into this course. The ideal candidate will have experience in education, a passion for teaching children in a diverse school community and a willingness to be an integral part of an active middle school community. Requirements: Associate's degree if fluent in Spanish, ability to create, modify and map curriculum, abilty to lead small groups of students through the Latin curriculum currently in place, superior communication skills, and an understanding of and commitment to the mission of Topeka Collegiate.              Lower School Teacher: Topeka Collegiate seeks a dynamic and collaborative educator to join our faculty community to teach in Lower School. Teaching load includes math, reading, writing skills, and social studies. Each grade level also has a number of traditions that would continue under the teacher's direction. The ideal candidate will have experience in education, preferably in a private school setting, and have a passion for teaching children in a diverse school community.              Building Manager: Topeka Collegiate School is looking for a building manager to join our team. This is a full time, benefits eligible position. Responsibilities include supervisory and coordination duties of the custodial staff or contractors, general maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, grounds and equipment, purchasing supplies, coordination of annual inspections and assistance in keeping the school environment clean and safe. Position requires experience in the maintenance field, ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery, ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, familiarity with building safety regulations and codes, integrity and ability to work independently, and ability to adapt to a changing educational environment.
