We invite students to visit our campus to experience firsthand what makes Topeka Collegiate special! Any Topeka-area student is welcome! Each guest will be paired with a current student who will guide them through a typical day full of fun and learning.
The length of this visit will vary depending on the age of the child.
- Prekindergarten applicants either attend a “learn & play date” with other applicants or schedule a two-hour visit in the classroom.
- Kindergarten applicants will visit for up to a half day.
- First grade through eighth grades will visit for up to a full day. Visiting students will spend the day in homeroom and with our resource teachers, shadowing the class. They'll have the chance to participate in activities, interact with other students, observe our outstanding faculty, and even have a meal in the lunchroom. Visitation days are also an opportunity for teachers to observe and evaluate students as part of the application process.
